Cancellation and reschedule policy: You can cancel your service up to 48 hours before, and reschedule up to 24 hours after cancellation, otherwise your deposit fee will not be refunded.
For aggressive and complicated pets (owner provides the muzzle, if required!).
Also we must charge the full amount, if your pet is not able to cooperate and have the grooming session finished!

Please be aware that a Chihuahua or below 12″ inches, is a SMALL DOG, meaning that you can put it in the palm of your hand.
Medium-sized Dog is a dog you can pick up, between 12″-16″ inches, such as a Shih-Tzu.
A Large Dog is one that’s too big to pick up from the floor, between 16″-20″ inches, such as a Labrador.
An Extra-large dog is one that little kids can almost ride like a pony, between 20″ - 24 inches, such as a Golden Retriever.A XXL is 24" and above.
